1. The Turnli service
Turnli is a browser-based queue and waitlist management product for restaurants and service businesses. Depending on the workspace mode and plan, Turnli may provide Live Queue, walk-ins, public/QR joining, private Customer Status, services, restaurant Tables & Floor, TV Queue, Kiosk, business branding, operational history, and related administration tools.
2. Accounts and workspace responsibility
Business users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting account credentials, managing team access, and ensuring that people using a workspace are authorized. Owners and managers are responsible for the business configuration and customer information entered into Turnli.
3. Acceptable use
Users may not use Turnli to break the law, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or plan controls, upload malicious content, misuse customer information, or use the product to harass, deceive, or harm others. Businesses should not place unnecessary highly sensitive information in queue notes or other free-form fields.
4. Customer and business data
Businesses retain responsibility for the customer and operational information they submit to Turnli. Turnli may process that information to operate, secure, synchronize, support, and improve the service. Businesses must have any permissions or notices required for information they collect from customers.
5. Plans and current pricing
Turnli’s current launch plan structure is Turnli Free at $0 per month, Turnli Plus at $15 per month, and Turnli Pro at $25 per month. Plan capabilities and limits are defined by Turnli’s entitlement catalog and may change prospectively as the product evolves.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By starting a paid plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation. Stripe securely handles payment details; Turnli does not store full card numbers.
6. Paid subscriptions, cancellation, and downgrades
Turnli’s subscription architecture is designed so a confirmed paid upgrade can become effective promptly, while a cancellation or scheduled downgrade can preserve paid entitlement through the end of the applicable paid period. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Stripe states otherwise during the billing flow. Taxes and refunds, when applicable, are shown or handled according to the checkout terms and law.
Downgrading a plan is designed to preserve existing workspace data rather than delete locations, team membership, floor layouts, services, history, branding configuration, or queue records solely because a lower plan is selected. Some capabilities or excess resources may become unavailable or read-only until plan access is restored.
7. Demos and internal access
Turnli demos may unlock demo-safe functionality so prospective customers can explore the product. Demo access is not a paid subscription and does not provide access to private platform-administration systems or real customer information. Turnli may also grant temporary support, beta, complimentary, or test entitlement overrides without representing those overrides as paid subscriptions.
8. Service availability and changes
Turnli may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Turnli aims to maintain reliable queue state and realtime behavior, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. The final terms should include any launch commitments or service-level language the owner intends to offer.
9. Intellectual property
Turnli’s software, product design, brand, documentation, and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Businesses keep ownership of their own logos, backgrounds, business information, and other materials they are authorized to upload, subject to the permission needed for Turnli to store and display those materials as part of the service.
10. Suspension and termination
Turnli may restrict or terminate access for serious security threats, unlawful activity, abuse, or material violation of the final Terms. A business may stop using the service. Final paid-plan termination language must be reviewed together with the future billing policy.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Owner/legal review item: This section requires jurisdiction-specific legal drafting. No warranty disclaimer, liability cap, indemnity provision, dispute process, or governing-law clause has been invented for this draft.
12. Governing law and legal notices
Owner/legal review item: Add the finalized legal entity, governing jurisdiction, notice address/contact method, and dispute terms before public launch.
13. Changes to these Terms
Turnli may revise the final Terms as the service changes. The launched version should identify the effective date and describe how material changes are communicated.
